1 lb. ground beef, cooked
5 cups water
½ small cabbage head, coarsely shredded
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
½ pkg. beef stew mix
2 cups water
1 can red beans, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Cook cabbage in 5 cups of water. Add the cooked beef. Dissolve brown gravy mix and beef stew mix in the additional 2 cups of water. Add to the cabbage and beef mixture. Add all remaining ingredients to mixture. Bring to a boil and cook on medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
